Welcome to Forest Fields Primary and Nursery School

Nottingham City Sports Event - July 2016

The Central Learning Partnership have organised an Olympic Themed Sports Day that will take place at Harvey Hadden Sports Village on Wednesday 13th July. Each school in the partnership will be taking 36 participants that will include children from F2 through to Year 6.

 

There will be launch assemblies on Monday 25 April 2016 and a series of follow up events/activities: 

 

Wednesday 4 May: Poster design afternoon with Mr Denman

 

Monday 27 June: Olympic torch relay will arrive from Claremont Primary with some pupils for an assembly. The selected athletes will take part in a training session after the assembly with Sports leaders from Bluecoat.

 

Tuesday 28 June6 - 10 of our athletes will deliver the torch to St Mary’s Primary School with Mr Denman and deliver an assembly.

 

Wednesday 13 July: The team will go to Harvey Hadden Sports Village for the Olympic Event with lots of other schools from all over Nottingham.
