Paddington Bear loves marmalade sandwiches! He eats them all the time and gets in such a mess!
What is your favourite sandwich? Why don't you try making your own your own sandwich for lunch? Remember to ask for your grown-ups permission and ask them to help you.
Miss Huxtable made a yummy jam sandwich. Look at the pictures below to see how she did it.
You will need:
2 slices of bread
Butter
Jam
A knife
First use your knife to spread butter onto both slices of bread. Next use your knife to spread plenty of jam onto both slices of bread.
Then put one slice of bread onto the other slice. Carefully use your knife to cut your sandwich in half.
Finally eat your delicious sandwich!
Maths
This week we are adding groups using arrays. An array is a way of lining up objects so they are easier to multiply.
Like this!
You could do this practically like this one. Why not use something in your house, pennies, cereals, pebbles or dry lentils/beans.
You could do it here interactively
