HEROES KEEP HEALTHY!

Here are some ideas to help you keep healthy while we have to stay at home.  Try to do some exercise every day.  These links will take you to some fab, fun workouts.  Why not try a different one each morning to start your day in an active way?
Try the activities below to keep your mind and body healthy. How many can you complete? 
Yoga is a great way to keep your body fit and mind healthy. Below are some yoga moves linked to our 'African animals' topic.

Healthy snacks!

Remember to try and eat at least 5 portions of fruit and vegetables a day!  Can you make a fruity face for your healthy snack?  Ask an adult to help with the cutting.

Exercise your body and your brain!

Have you got some chalk?  You could plan and draw an activity trail or hopscotch in your garden or outside your house (ask an adult first!)
