What is Yoga?

 

Yoga is a way of relaxing our body and mind through stretching and breathing.

Breathing exercises 

Taking deep breaths can help relieve stress and calm the body and mind. See below for different breathing techniques that can be tried.

 

A link has been attached to 'Wellbeing Videos' created by Tamba Roy. Tamba, a former Nottingham headteacher,  is an author and an education consultant who has worked with our school. He specialises in sharing tools to support emotional wellbeing. Tamba has recently created these short videos to provide children with additional wellbeing strategies at this time of uncertainty.
