You will need to take your children to the venue for rehearsal: 7pm
Performance starts: 7.45pm
Performance ends: 8:45pm
Families will need to book audience tickets if they wish to attend the performance (performing children do not need a ticket).

We will take your child to the concert by school minibus or by tram for rehearsal at 3pm and return them to school to be picked up at 6:15pm.

Take your child to the foyer of the venue with their instrument to meet Ms Cawley for: 7.20pm (Rehearsal time)
Doors open for audience: 7.50pm
Performance starts: 8.00pm

At the end of the concert you will be asked to wait in the foyer.
Forest Fields children will be sent to meet families there with Ms Cawley.
